Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the BuildEye AI mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About BuildEye AI
BuildEye AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyse photographs taken at construction sites. The app provides structured reports including construction stage detection, defect identification, material classification, estimated completion percentage, and compliance recommendations (including references to Ukrainian building codes, ДБН, where applicable).

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BuildEye AI. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. User Accounts
To access the app you must register with a valid email address and password, or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Reseller Statement
BuildEye AI offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free - 10 AI photo analyses lifetime (one-time quota, non-recurring), with restricted functionality (no PDF/Excel exports, no automated estimations).
- Start - €7.99 per month (includes up to 50 photo analyses per month, standard features, and report exports).
- Pro - €19.99 per month (includes up to 250 photo analyses per month, deep engineering recommendations, and cost estimations).
- Business - €49.99 per month (includes up to 800 photo analyses per month, more stronger AI model and custom PDF branding).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your payment details will be processed by Paddle, and you agree to comply with Paddle’s checkout Terms and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the application's Profile settings or by contacting Paddle support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will retain access to your premium features until that period expires.
5. Usage and Limits Enforcement
TWe reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent abuse. If you exhaust your monthly paid photo analysis quota (e.g., 50 photos on the Start plan) prior to the end of your billing cycle, AI analysis features will be temporarily locked until the next billing cycle begins or until you upgrade to a higher tier.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Upload images containing personal data of individuals without their consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app or its APIs.
- Resell or sublicense access to BuildEye AI without express written permission.
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
7. AI Analysis Disclaimer (Limitation of Diagnostics)
AI-generated analysis reports, defect identifications, and cost estimations are provided for informational, educational, and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, structural, architecture, or legal advice. BuildEye AI does not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or safety-fitness of any AI output for a particular purpose. Always verify AI results with a licensed and qualified professional engineer before making safety-critical decisions or financial commitments on construction sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, and system content within the app are the property of BuildEye AI or its licensors. You retain full ownership of photos and raw data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and run that content solely to provide, maintain, and execute the AI analysis service.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of BuildEye AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildEye AI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated reports. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.
